Privacy Policy

Gaurmon is a grocery price service for AI agents, operated from Toronto, Canada. You connect it to an agent such as Claude, ChatGPT or Meta Muse, and the agent asks Gaurmon for prices. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

We receive only what your agent sends to our tools, never your conversation.

• Account: your email and an account id from our sign-in provider (Clerk), and which agent app connected.
• Tool requests: what your agent asks for, such as a postal code or the items to compare. We log the tool name, the time and whether it worked, to run the service and enforce fair-use limits. When a request names a place, we also keep its postal area (the first three characters, such as M6H), the day, and whether we had stores there, linked to a coded form of your account id, not your email. That tells us where to add stores next. We delete these after 180 days.
• Your savings record: receipt lines your agent records for you (item, price, store, date), kept so you can see your savings over time.
• Your grocery list and meals: the items, amounts and planned meals your agent keeps on your list, and which you've ticked off, until you or your agent remove them.
• Plan: your trial dates and, if you subscribe, your plan status from our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your card details.
• Site visits: anonymous page-view counts for gaurmon.com (no cookies, no cross-site tracking), to see how people find us.

Gaurmon runs on Vercel (hosting and site analytics), Supabase (database), Google Cloud (flyer archive), Clerk (sign-in) and Stripe (payments). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

You can disconnect Gaurmon from your agent at any time. You can ask us to export or permanently delete your account, savings record, grocery list and request history: email us and we'll handle it within 30 days.
